Customer Impact, LLC purchases regional clients from Market Force Information

As you know, Market Force Information acquired Speedmark Information Services in March, 2007 with a primary goal to focus on large CEM (customer experience measurement) accounts.

We are pleased to announce that Scott Hiller, Mike Green and Clay Tarro, formerly of Speedmark/Market Force have formed a new company, Customer Impact LLC. While Market Force will continue to focus on large national and international clients, Customer Impact LLC has reached an agreement to purchase the smaller regional clients that are currently executed on the Speedmark Vision reporting system. Market Force and Customer Impact will also continue to work closely together in the future.

As a Customer Impact LLC customer, you will see little or no change in the near future. You will continue to work with most of the same client service managers, schedulers and editors as before and all of our contact information remains the same. Additionally, Customer Impact LLC will continue to use the Sassie reporting system. You will simply see a new logo and new web address in the coming months.

Customer Impact is committed to making this a seamless transition for our clients. The only minor change you need to make is where to send your future payments.
